Yea as always today was a good day!
And as usual I woke up nice n’ early and was doing a little bit of reading as the sun was rising and all the sudden the fire alarm goes off. I jump out my bed, grab my computer (in case it was fire so I wouldn’t loose good ski footage that i have gathered this year) and ran out the hallway. Nobody else seems to come out of their rooms, so i walk into the main office where the people of the Swedish olympic comite is sitting and ask them if they had the alarm go off but they had not heard it and was confoused. So i walk back to my room and then the doctor comes out of his room and was wonering if anybody else heard it then Oscar and Jesper sent a message saying “gaawdamn alarm” so I guess half the rooms had it go off and the other half didn’t. Im stoked even though it was a false alarm that i got up and out, never know I rather be on the safe side then not.
That was the most extreme that happend all day pretty much.
After we went skiing in the course again and it was another phenomenal day out there, again blue sky with no wind and big smiles! Fighured out a little more of my run and started to get really comfortable with it all so now its time to start to styleee and bring the juice with gorgeous potatoes out!
After the skiing we went down to the food court and next to our table, there they sat. THE JAMAICAN BOBSLED TEAM! IT was maad ill to see them, they are huge! I was a little bit too nervous to go up and ask if i could have a photo with them so i took a sneaky photo of one of their guys! Tomorrow i hopefully will be brave enough to ask them! lol
After that me, Jesper and Oscar had a awesome skateboard session outside one of the hotels. Nothing wild but a little line of 3 mini drops and a manny-pad. Its not the best pavement for skating but still very happy that i brough it to be entertain after skiing. And skating is awesome on that part, you don’t need a ting to have fun with it. I mean, shii, you can even just stand on the board at a grass field and train flip tricks… lol
Tomorrow we have a day off from the course as the Snowboards have qualifications so im really stoked to see what those guys have been doing the past few days and to watch my first ever olympic event live! But they also have a park that i will take a few runs thru and also the big mountain stuff at the top of the mountain is always there smiling at me ready to be skied!
I keep getting all these awesome photos from Miss Joy Warnick!! Thank you very much for the support Joy!
Hope ya’ll had a great day!
Thank for reading, check back tomorrow for another update!
